Our work

The full stories.

Three builds, three completely different worlds: a skin-care practice, an oil-and-gas search firm, and our own software. Every one designed from scratch for exactly what that business does.

Southeast Dermatology

A dermatology practice with two Houston offices and a phone that never stops ringing. We rebuilt their web presence as a full bilingual site, in English and Spanish, switchable with one tap, with live maps for both offices, all twelve real providers, their services, patient education, and a scheduling assistant that books visits and sends calendar invites.

Then we gave them a phone line that answers out loud. We trained it on their business: their hours, their doctors, the way they like the phone answered. It picks up on the first ring, handles the conversation naturally in English or Spanish, books the appointment while the patient is still on the line, and hands the front desk a tidy summary. It never has a bad day and never calls in sick.

On top of that: a review agent that turns happy visits into Google reviews automatically. The practice ranks fourth on the map with a fraction of the reviews their booking volume deserves, and this closes that gap on autopilot.

Lamberth & Co.

A boutique executive-search firm placing senior leaders in oil and gas, a world where credibility is everything and a template website reads as a red flag. We built a sharp, photography-led site around one idea: one senior recruiter on every search, no hand-offs.

It's a completely different aesthetic from a doctor's office: dark, editorial, restrained, because their clients are energy executives, not patients. Different world, same standard: designed from scratch around how the business actually wins work.

Ava, the voice agent

Ava is the front desk we built for Southeast Dermatology, and the clearest picture of what your front desk could sound like. She's trained on the practice itself: the doctors, the hours, the services, the way they like the phone answered. She picks up on the first ring, day or night.

She holds the conversation naturally in English or Spanish, switching the moment the caller is more comfortable in one, checks the schedule, books the visit while the caller is still on the line, and texts the front desk a tidy summary with a full transcript. She never has a bad day, never puts anyone on hold, and never calls in sick.

Every business gets its own version of Ava: your name, your voice, your rules. The one on our homepage is Fulcrum's own; go talk to it live and you'll hear exactly what your customers would.
